Section 2(b) in THE PRISONS (UTTAR PRADESH AMENDMENT) ACT, 2020
(b)in clause (3) for the words and figures "the Code of Criminal Procedure 1882 (10 of 1882)" or "under the Prisoners Act 1871 (5 of 1871)" the words and figures "the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no: 2 of 1974) or under the Prisoners Act, 1900 (Act no. 3 of 1900)" shall be substituted;
