THE MINISTER OF STATE OF THE MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (SHRIMATI NIRMALA SITHARAMAN): I beg to move:
“That in pursuance of clause (b) of sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Tobacco Board Act, 1975 read with rule 4 of the Tobacco Board Rules, 1976, the members of this House do proceed to elect, in such manner as the Speaker may direct, two members from amongst themselves to serve as Members of the Tobacco Board, subject to other provisions of the said Act and the rules made thereunder.” HON. SPEAKER: The question is:
