66. Power to make rules under State Acts by the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in any State Act, the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration shall, with the approval of the Governor, make rules not inconsistent with those Act, or adopt the rules made under those Acts, which may be applicable to the region.
