9. [ [Rules 9, 10 and 11 See Punjab Government Notification No. 8036, dated the 17th March, 1920.]
In default of such nomination within the said 15 days, the Deputy Commissioner or the officer duly authorised by him in that behalf, shall appoint such person as the thinks fit.
