Section 22(1) in The Rajasthan Shops and Commercial Establishment Rules, 1959
(1)Every employer shall maintain a register of employment in Form No. 11 provided that where the opening and closing hours are ordinarily uniform, the employer may maintain such register in Form No. 12.
