Section 3(1) in The Orissa Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1969
(1)Every application under Sub-section (1) of Section 4 for licence to use or allowed to be used in any place or premises as an industrial premises shall be made in duplicate in Form I.
