Section 8(2)(c) in Tamil Nadu Cultivating Tenants Arrears of Rent (Relief) Act, 1990

(c)till the 31st day of March 1993, if the cultivating tenant has paid the second instalment of the one-third of the arrears of rent within the time specified in the said sub-section (2);
