Section 1 in The University of Rajasthan (Amendment) Act, 1978
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the University of Rajasthan (Amendment) Act, 1978.(2)Except section 8; which shall come into force, at once, the other provisions of this act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 18th day of September, 1978.
