Section 19(2) in Rajasthan Conditions of Detention (Foreigners Act) Order, 1966
(2)The Superintendent shall forward to the Government without delay any petition which a detenu may address to it:Provided that when the application or representation is addressed to a court, it will be forwarded to that court by the Superintendent direct.
