Section 59(2)(a) in Gudalur Janmam Estates (Abolition and Conversion Into Ryotwari) Act, 1969

(a)No suit, prosecution, or other proceeding shall he against any officer or servant of the Government for any act done or purporting to be done under this Act or any rule made thereunder without the previous sanction of the Government.
