Section 12(iii) in The M.P. Nagar Palika (Registration of Coloniser, Terms and Conditions) Rules, 1998
(iii)The coloniser shall have to comply with the criteria prescribed by the municipality in respect of the handing over of the colony to the municipality for maintenance.
