(1)Without prejudice to the provision of Section 21(1) of the Factories Act, 1948, in regard to the fencing of machinery, the following additional provisions specified in the schedules annexed hereto shall apply to machinery noted in each schedule, The provisions of this rule shall come into force from July 1, 1951, in the case of factories registered before April 1, 1949.
