(2)The publication of the notice in the Official Gazette of the approval of the [Land Use and Development Control Plan] [Substituted by Section 4(i)(ii), ibid for development plan.] shall, notwithstanding anything contained in the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (1 of 1894), be deemed to be a declaration duly made under section 6 of the said Act.
