Section 27 in The Maharashtra National Law University Act, 2014
27. Officers of university.
- The following shall be the officers of the university, namely : -(i)the Vice-Chancellor;(ii)the Registrar;(iii)[ the Head of the Departments or Centers of the university;] [Substituted by Maharashtra Act No. 76 of 2018, dated 17.12.2018.](iv)the Finance and Accounts Officer; and(v)such other officers as may be prescribed by the regulations.
