- Dues referred to in the Act shall be paid directly into the Government Treasury by Challan. No payment of such dues shall be accepted at the office of the Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Joint Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner or Superintendent of Taxes.
