Section 4 in The Wild Life (Protection) Amendment Act, 2002
4. Amendment of section 3.-
In section 3 of the principal Act,-(i) in sub- section (1), clause (b) shall be omitted;(ii)for sub- section (3), the following sub- section shall be substituted, namely:-" (3) The officers and other employees appointed under this section shall be required to assist the Director.".
