Section 6(e) in The Rajasthan Grant-in-Aid to Agricultural Institutions Rules, 1977
(e)No person on the staff of the Institution shall be dismissed or removed or reduced in rank until he has been given a reasonable opportunity of showing cause against the action proposed to be taken in regard to him provided that clause shall not apply:-(i)where a person is dismissed or removed or reduced in rank on the ground of conduct which led to his conviction on a criminal charge: or(ii)Where it is not practicable to give that person an opportunity of showing cause and the Government's consent has been obtained before the action is taken.
