Section 26 in Punjab Water Resources (Management and Regulation) Act, 2020
26. Cognizance of offence.
- No Court shall take cognisance of an offence punishable under this Act, except upon a complaint, in writing, made by the Authority or by any other officer duly authorised by the Authority for this purpose.
