6. Power to extend enactments to Goa, Daman and Diu.
The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, extend with such restrictions or modifications as it thinks fit, to Goa, Daman and Diu any enactment which is in force in a State at the date of the notification.| Additional Information6 |
