Section 11(1) in Chakma Autonomous District Council (Village Councils) Act, 2002
(1)Each Village Council shall have powers to exempt any person or persons from "Dajakam" on the ground of illness and other reasonable causes at its own discretion. The reason for the exemption shall be recorded in writing.
