Section 1 in The U.P. Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Rules, 1964
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Rules, 1964.(2)They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Gazette.
