As the views of the larger Bench of the Delhi High Court referred to in the order dated 15th April, 2013 is not available till date, the matter is required to be heard on its own merits.
Learned counsel for the appellants, however, submitted that on account of the aforesaid order dated 15th April, 2013, he is in difficulty today and would be ready for hearing if some time is granted.
