211. [ Application of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908. [This section was substituted for the original section 211 by section 123 of the Madras Estates Land (Amendment) Act, 1934 (Madras Act VIII of 1934).]
- Subject to the provisions of this Chapter, the provisions of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908 [(Central Act LX of 1908)], except sections 6,7,8,9,19 and 20 shall apply to all suits, appeals and applications mentioned in section 210].
