Section 25(1) in Haryana Civil Services (Compassionate Financial Assistance or Appointment) Rules, 2019
(1)Where a deceased Government employee is survived only by a judicially separated spouse, the compassionate financial assistance in respect of the deceased shall be payable to the surviving spouse:Provided that where judicial separation has been granted on the ground of adultery and the death of the Government employee takes place during the period of such judicial separation, the compassionate financial assistance shall not be payable to the person surviving if such person was held guilty of committing adultery.
