34. Power of State Election Commission to require services of for election.
- Every panchayat shall make available to the State Election Commission such members of its staff as such Commission may require for the performance of any duties in connection with an election and every such member shall carry out such directions as may be issued to him by such Commission or any competent officer in relation to such election.Election Offences
