40. Information to furnished by Council and publication thereof.-
(1)The Council shall furnish such reports, copies of its minutes, and other information to the Central Government as that Government may require.(2)The Central Government may publish, in such manner as it may think fit, any report, copy or other information furnished to it under this section.
