ORDER
It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint given by the defacto complainant, namely, Satheesh Kumar, is pending for petition enquiry and the presence of the petitioner is required for concluding the enquiry. The petitioner's counsel is ready to appear before the respondent police for cooperating with the matter.
2. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 02.12.2020 for concluding the enquiry. The respondent police is also directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously.
