62. Presiding Officer at meetings of ad hoc committees.
(1)The Chairman or in his absence the Vice-Chairman shall preside at every meeting of the ad hoc committee.(2)In the absence of the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman from any meeting the members of any such Committee shall choose one of their members to preside over the meeting.
