Section 2(f) in The Bihar Irrigation Field Channels Act, 1965
(f)'co-operative society' means a society registered under the law relating to co-operative societies for the time being in force;(ff)[ 'Executive Engineer' means an Executive Engineer of the Department of Irrigation and Power appointed as such by the State Government to exercise the powers given to him under this Act and includes any other Officer of a statutory development authority or a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, appointed under the said Act by the State Government to perform all or any of the functions of an Executive Engineer;] [Inserted by Act 14 of 1982.]
