Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Tushar Mehta, learned Solicitor General appearing for the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.

The Petitioner is permitted to serve advance copy of the petition to the learned Solicitor General immediately through e.mail.

Upon receipt of the copy of the petition, as prayed, learned Solicitor General is permitted to file counter affidavit by Sunday i.e. 26th April, 2020 with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner through e.mail.
