As learned counsel for the respondent has not filed any application for withdrawal of the amount so far despite letters dated 3rd July, 2015 and 11th August, 2015 written by the Registry and the amount invested in the fixed deposit is going to mature on 22 nd February, 2016, the Registry is directed to renew the fixed deposit for a further period of 91 days.
