Section 135(2) in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007
(2)The rate of surcharge, and the manner of-(a)collection of surcharge,(b)payment of surcharge to the Municipality, and(c)deduction of the expenses, if any, incurred by the State Government in course of collection of surcharge, shall be such as may be prescribed.
