Section 6(3)(b) in Telangana (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966

(b)The person or persons so [nominated] [Substituted by Act No.5 of 2015.] shall, subject to the control of the Government and to such instructions or directions as they may issue from time to time, exercise the powers, discharge the duties and perform the functions of the market committee and take all such action as may be required in the interests of the market committee.
