Section 16(4) in The Food Safety And Standards Act, 2006
(4)The Food Authority shall make it public without undue delay-(a)the opinions of the Scientific Committee and the Scientific Panel immediately after adoption;(b)the annual declarations of interest made by members of the Food Authority, the Chief Executive Officer, members of the Advisory Committee and members of the Scientific Committee and Scientific Panel, as well as the declarations of interest if any, made in relation to items on the agendas of meetings;(c)the results of its scientific studies; and(d)the annual report of its activities.
