(3)The final list shall be accompanied by particulars of all contesting Members as are compiled, prepared and presented in accordance with Schedule 3 by the Returning Officer:Provided that if any manifest errors noticed by the Returning Officer in the particulars furnished by the Member, the Returning Officer may correct it.
