Section 454 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
454. Inspection of buildings in course of erection, alteration, etc.
- The Commissioner may at anytime during the erection or re-erection of a building or the execution of any such work make an inspection thereof without giving previous notice of his intention to do so.
