Section 32(4) in Sher-I-Kashmir Universities of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act, 1982
(4)The University shall develop its programme of research and extension education keeping in view the needs of the State and provide the appropriate technical support and consultative advice to the government departments engaged in the development work in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and other allied benches.
