ORDER
Per Bench :-
This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of the Learned Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) - 1, Kolkata, (hereinafter the "ld.CIT(A)"), passed u/s. 250 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (the 'Act'), dt. 13/03/2019 for the Assessment Year 2013-14.
2. The ld. Counsel for the assessee has filed an application dt. 06/01/2021, seeking withdrawal of this appeal as he has availed Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020. In view of the same, we accept the application of the assessee and dismiss the appeal as withdrawn.
3. In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed.
