Section 432(2) in The M.P. Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(2)After receipt and consideration of any such representation or, if in the meantime no such representation is received, after the expiry of the prescribed period, the Government may at any time by notification in the Gazette, modify or repeal such bye-law either wholly or in part.
