Her caste validity application before the 2nd Respondent, Scrutiny Committee, Pune is pending since November 2022. The 2nd Respondent Committee is requested to dispose of her application at the earliest and, in any event, before 7th August 2023. We realise that this time is short, but the application has been pending since November 2022 and now the Petitioner is approaching a deadline.
