20. Financial Estimates.
- The Executive Council shall cause the preparation, with the assistance of the Finance Officer, before such date as may be prescribed by the Statutes, the budget estimates for the ensuing financial year along with annual accounts, whether audited or not, of the preceding financial year, and the same shall be submitted to the Academic Senate. These estimates shall be considered by the Academic Senate at its annual meeting and the resolutions of the Academic Senate thereon shall be submitted to the Government for information.
