Section 70(c) in Himachal Pradesh Private Forests Act, 1954
(c)against the State Government or any servant of the Government in respect of anything done or omitted to be done in a controlled forest by the State Government, or any such servant of the State Government, while such forest was under the control of management of the State Government, on in respect of any profits claimed by the landlord to be due to him in respect of the management and working of such forests; and
