6. Issue of a duplicate licence.
- In case the original licence is lost, destroyed, mutilated or damaged the licensee shall apply in Form-VII to the competent authority for issue of a duplicate licence. On the receipt of the application accompanied by a fee of Rs.100 (Rupees one hundred) only in the manner specified in sub-rule (1) of Rule 3, the competent authority shall issue a duplicate licence.
