Section 114 in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011
114. An association or body of persons as a member of a co-operative society.
When any association or body of persons or a Co-operative society is admitted as a member of a Co-operative society, it shall appoint any one of its directors or officers, by an instrument in writing, to exercise its rights and perform its duties in relation to such society.
