(b)if it is situated within a radius of 75 meter from-

(i)any recognised educational institution (other than primary school) or any residential institution attached thereto; or

(ii)a public hospital with 25 or more indoor patients; or

(iii)any building housing an office of a head of the department of the Central or the State Government or the district civil of criminal courts: or

(iv)any other institution which the Government may consider necessary in public interest to declare an institution to which this clause applies; or
