The Company will indemnity the insured in respect of all sums which the Insured is legally liable to pay as compensation and litigation expenses incurred by the Insured with the Company's written consent in respect of accidental death of or bodily injury to any person other than a person under the Insured's service and/or accidental damage to property caused by or arising from the installation of gas filled liquefied petroleum gas cylinders / appliances / pressure regulator, etc. in the premises of the insured's customers or whilst such cylinders from the Insured's premises are in the course of being carried for installation in the premises of the Insured's customers or whilst such empty cylinders are in the course of being carried from the premises of the Insured's customers to the Insured's premises or whilst the Customers are Visting the premises of LPG Distributors not exceeding in all for the compensation and litigation expenses the limit of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) for any one accident or a series of accidents arising from any one event and Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) for all accidents during any one period of Insurance."

c) During Transit when such LPG Cylinder are in the hand of Registered Transport Contractor whilst carrying such LPG cylinder from OIL Company to distributor's premises.
d) Whilst LPG cylinder, in transit, carried by distributors employees to customer premises or by customer under cash and carry system.
e) Whilst arising out of the use of LPG supplied by the insured in reticulated system, Community Kitchens, other applications like geysers, lighting generator set and irrigation pump etc.
f) Whilst the cylinder is being connected to LPG installation and being disconnected from LPG installation.
Limits of Liability :

Section - II
Personal Accident cover to third parties (irrespective of liability at law) a. P.A. 1 to 5 : Rs. 1,00,000/- per person per event.
b. Medical Expenses : Rs. 15,00,000/- per event.
(Maximum Rs. 60,000/- per person)
Immediate Relief up to Rs. 25,000/-
c. Property Damage : Maximum Rs. 50,000/- per event at
authorized customer's registered premises.
d. Per Year : Rs. 8 Crores.
5. CIRCUMSTANCES :
a. Whilst the filed LPG cylinders are carried out of the bottling plant. b. Whilst the filled LPG cylinders in transit in the hand of approved transporters. c. Whilst the filled LPG cylinders stored in the distributors premises. d. Whilst the filled LPG cylinders in transit from distributors premises to Customer's Premises.
e. Whilst the filled LPG cylinders lying in the registered customer's premises. f. Whilst the empty cylinders are being carried back to the bottling plant.
8g. Whilst arising out of the use of LPG supplied by th insured in reticulated system, Community kitchens, other applications like geysers, lighting, generator sets and irrigation pumps etc. h. Whilst the cylinder is being connected to LPG installation and being disconnected from LPG installation.
6. IMMEDIATE RELIEF Immediately on occurrence of an accident requiring hospitalization of victim(s), insurer will authorize an immediate relief of up to Rs. 25,000/- on confirmation of liability and production of "Immediate relief certificate" by the authorized representative of insured. The amount so paid will be subject to adjustment in final settlement of claim.
7. COMPULSORY EXCESS The insured shall bear a compulsory excess of Rs.10,000/- for any one accident under Section one, this excess shall be applicable to both (a) death / bodily injury (b) property damage, inclusive of defence costs arising out of anyone accident. The Company's liability shall be for the claim in exces of such compulsory excess.
