Section 8(1) in The Maharashtra Tribal Economic Condition (Improvement) Act, 1976
(1)The State Government, Tribal Authority or the agent authorised by the State Government in this behalf shall be bound to purchase at the price fixed under section 7 any specified produce offered for sale in the specified Tribal area.
