Section 40(1) in Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal Regulations, 2009
(1)The Registrar shall have the custody of the records of the Tribunal and shall perform such other functions as are assigned to him under these regulations or as may be assigned by the Chairman by separate order.
