Section 12(1) in The Gujarat Scheduled Castes Development Corporation Act, 1985
(1)The Corporation may appoint such officers and other employees as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions and determine, by regulations or otherwise, their conditions and service and the remuneration payable to them.
