Section 102 in The Geographical Indications Of Goods (Registration And Protection) Rules, 2002
102. Register of Geographical Indications Agents .-The Registrar of Geographical Indications shall maintain a Register of Geographical Indications Agents wherein shall be entered the name, address of the place of residence, address of the principal place of business, the nationality, qualifications and date of registration of every registered Geographical Indications Agent.
